Rootsmagic.com has a "Chat" button on the lower right corner of it's screens. Except I can't see it; Firefox seems to be blocking it. (At least that's what the Rootsmagic tech support people have suggested.) What do you have to say? Hello, Since the version 128 (x86_64) on Windows 11, SSH links are no more opened with the user. The link tooltip at the bottom of the screen is showing the link without the user too. Ex: ssh://root@10.0.1.1 -> will open ssh://10.0.1.1 instead. Thank you in advance

Outlook.office.com not refreshing automatically anymore and requires browser refresh to show new e-mails, etc... Works in Edge and Chrome just fine. Had this issue years ago and issue self-resolved, so unsure what resolution was then.

Since the auto-update to version 128.0.3 (64-bit) two weeks ago, my Firefox crashes as soon as I switch over to a different programme. I am on Windows 10. Whenever I try to re-open the programme, I get the error message that Firefox is already running and if I want to restart or quit. Can you please deploy a fix for this? Thank you.

I have been a devoted Firefox users for many years. Just in the past week or so I have started having multiple tabs crash daily and now am getting 1 or 2 blue screens a day. I run on Windows 11 Pro. What can I do to help this issue?

Why, each time that I try to log in to Xfinity, do I get a banner across the bottom of the screen asking my cookie choices before I can even log in to Xfinity. Same goes for Safari when trying to log in to Xfinity or Comcast.

This is so strange. Usually cookie selection is after you sign in not before...

On our web site we have a page that includes mp3 files, which play okay on Firefox; but on another page on the site with mp3 files, Firefox (including different versions on different computers) produces the error message, No video with supported format and MIME type found." FWIW, other browsers like Safari (Mac), Chrome (Mac and Win), and Edge (Win) all play the problematic files without a hitch.

Is there a fix for this problem that can be attempted by the non-tech types?

I cannot figure out why this important site which I have used for years is suddenly being blocked. the message I'm getting says-"Firefox has detect that the server is redirection the requested address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing cookies." I don't believe I have made any changes to cookies or anything else in the past few days so I don't know what to fix.

I get a weird green mark on the top left, which looks like some type of greenscreen cursor input thing. I have seen it on Gmail. Not sure where else. Last time was a while ago.

This is on Windows 11. Just worried if this is some type of backdoor thing.

HDR videos (specifically smpte2084 (PQ) / bt2020 videos) on youtube don't show correctly since last few updates of firefox on mac M1 & M2 sonoma 14.5. Firefox shows overly bright (almost whitewashed) videos, seems like something changed either with MacOS or firefox in last few updates. Firefox was working fine on older MacOS last 2 years with HDR videos.
