FireFox has been very slow and "sticky" when accessing some sites. I have Windows 11 installed on a Dell XPS8930 desktop. Other browsers (Brave and Edge) do not have this same problem. The problem most often shows up with FOX NEWS.com. Is there an issue with FireFox and FOX News?

When I access Facebook via Firefox browser there usually are issues - site does not load properly, videos stop working, and more. I do not encounter the same problems with other browsers.

Since latest upgrade (1/16/2026) I cannot log in to Outlook email. This is specific to Firefox 147.0.1 (Chrome and Pop Peeper logins to Outlook work fine). I tried clearing cache, updating, restarting, rebooting, trouble-shooting mode, private window etc. to no avail. I get 400 error from Outlook.

My instagram does not open on my firefox browser. I have cleard all the cookies and cashes. I tried Incongnito, hot spot sharing. I have tried everything its still not working. Can you help me?

All of a sudden, I can't access several websites through Firefox that I have used for years -- but I CAN access them in other browsers, like Chrome and Safari. Also, Firefox no longer works with my password manager. Until about two weeks ago, I could always autofill login information, but no more.

What gives? I am up to date on my IOS (Sequoia 15.5) and on my version of firefox -- and my password manager app. Superfrustrating. I hate to have to turn to Chrome as my primary browser since I hate Google, but I might end up doing that and just not using Firefox anymore, after like 20 years of having it as my primary browser.

I'm experiencing problems across numerous sites using the above version of Firefox, detailed below. Other browsers are OK, as are other versions of Firefox on different devices.

Outlook365 email - "Your message can't be displayed right now" Fantasy Premier League - unable to log in, hitting 'Log in' doesn't respond Faceboook - content does not load Ebay - html on formatting in listings is screwed up Duckduckgo non-functional - returns the message "Ugh, it happened again! The server encountered an error and could not complete your request." The Guardian - images do not load Nextdoor - messages do not load

I'm using the latest Firefox. All of a sudden as of this morning, Firefox cannot not load Facebook or Twitter. I can open YouTube and YouTube videos appear but will not play (just a spinning wheel when I try to play). The Amazon landing page is scrambled with code. (see image attached)

I use Ghostery ad blocker but the issue persists when Ghostery is paused. I can use Safari without issue. Can anyone offer any insights?

The system asks me to sign in using my passkey or to try another way. The screen is frozen - can't enter passkey, can't choose another way. The only way out is to close firefox. I have no problem signing in with a different browser (Safari).

When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

When i try to insert a screenshot through the clipboard on google or yandex image search, the original image is corrupted. Even i try to upload an image via classic upload-button the same problem reproduise. On other sites there is no similar problem, as well as trying to insert the same image but inside the application windows.

What settings do I need to get Street View to return the street view rather than a black screen in all 4 of my Ubuntu browsers, when it used to work fine but now is trash ?

Since updating to last version, when trying to access my two banking accounts, on different banks, the send button, when entering my user and password, doesn't do anyting. All other buttons and links respond.

I can't get to OpelGT.com. It is a car site that I moderate and visit frequently. I just get "waiting" or other messages if I use the link on the Firefox start screen. I can get to all other websites I normally visit with no problems(CNN, various Facebook groups and pages, Amazon, etc.). This problem started around the last few days of November. I CAN get to OpelGT.com using Microsoft Edge with no troubles.

Hi there. The Netflix homepage is no longer displayed properly. Only the headlines are visible without the thumbnails (see screenshot 1). Netflix is properly displayed in screenshot 2 which was taken in an other browser. Can somebody please help me to solve this problem. Many thanks.

How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

I have two computers both with Windows 11 and Firefox is synced. On one computer the Capital One website works perfectly with no problems but on the other I can't get details of credit card charges and I often get messages like oops something went wrong. On that computer the site works perfectly when I use Chrome to access it. Any ideas?
