I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing persistent loading delays on Firefox across all websites. Pages eventually load, but it consistently takes longer than it should or don't load at all, can't even log in on some sites such as Twitch. At first, I thought the issue was only on YouTube, but I’ve confirmed it affects all websites.

I’ve already gone through extensive troubleshooting steps, including: Clearing cookies and cache Changing DNS providers (tried both Cloudflare and Google DNS) Using the Firefox Refresh option Fully reinstalling Firefox Scanning my system for malware (none detected) Verifying that no extensions or add-ons are installed Confirming my internet connection and speed are stable Testing the same sites in Chrome, where everything loads smoothly Despite all of this, the problem persists only in Firefox. 3 times now, my account has completely reset, forcing me to log into everything again and not working with the key that I copy and pasted and downloaded. I would like my old data back. Why does this keep happening?

In many cases when one opens a new tab, the new one is opened on the right of the "parent tab". After reading the web page of the new tab, one often decides that the new tab is no longer useful and deletes it. Firefox automatically opens the tab on the right of the deleted tab, rather than resuming the "parent tab" on the left. This seems to be an ineffective design as probabilistically there are perhaps >90% chance one wants to go back to the "parent tab".

Q1: should Firefox change the default for resuming the left? Q2: is there a setting that user can change?

you asked me to change my profile, choose a color and I did. But when I wanted to Firefox, all my old password and bookmarks had disappeared. I want them back if I am going to continue to use Firefox as my favorite browser.

i turned off the enhanced tracking and i still cannot see or earn my channel points i have turned my site security to nothing to see if that would do anything I have turned off all my add-ons and they just dont show can anyone tell me whats happening here

Using latest Firefox browser, when I open Google and want to ‘paste’ a word, it will not let me. Instead I get this default message, that I can’t delete. I can type anything I want, but I can’t ‘paste’ a word or words. How to fix please? HP desktop PC Windows 11 64 bit I see there is a 'new' (to me) AI mode icon in the 'same' search window as where you type on the 'right' of the search box. Maybe I just haven't noticed because I didn't have an issue before.

Hello! I have a problem with GeForce NOW in Firefox. When I launch any game, the cursor freezes and does not move inside the streaming window. Outside the GeForce NOW window the cursor works normally.

Details: - Only happens in Firefox - Other browsers work fine - Cursor gets stuck right after entering a game - OS: Linux (Arch)

Is there any fix for this? Maybe it's related to pointer lock or hardware acceleration settings?

Bank Login (a single bank) - This has worked fine for years but now there is a problem. I use FireFox password manager and it contains the user name and password and they are correct. When logging in the user name and password are shown and they are correct but the website says user name or password is incorrect. When I type in the user name it works. Why?

Is it coincidence that this is happening on my Windows 10 machine since MS support for Win10 officially stopped? Gosh, I just don't know! grar grar grar

I don't remember when it started but text that wasn't underlined before such as: Names of shortcuts in new tab view Titles of YouTube videos on home page, and recommended while watching a video (not on the video itself) Reddit titles and usernames (old UI)

I have checked settings as best as I can and tried disabling all extensions but still have the issue.

My desktop icon has disappeared. It is still on the taskbar and in Start Menu (Windows10), also listed in programs on control panel. However I can not find it in Program files and have not been able to reinstall the desktop icon. Can you help me? Leslie Booth ([edited email from public support forum])
