Is there a way to go back to older Firefox to find bookmarks? Is Win 10 the problem? Thank you for your help.
This happened when i updated the app, now when i open a tab its on the same line as bookmarks? if I cannot separate them have to go to chrome..

Have been using Ancestry UK for years using Firefox, today the pages on Ancestry are greyed over and I cannot insert any or adjust any info on my pages. The first page displays fine but as soon as I click on one of the tabs it loads it and it is greyed over which means I cannot do anything on it. However, I tested it with Chrome and it works ok. I have added 2 photos - 1st a search records page using Firefox and unable to enter any details 2nd is same page using Chrome and can enter details Please can you advise what the problem is ?

Months ago, I had some tabs open on my PC. After I haven't opened my browser for months, these tabs was no longer show up on the Firefox on PC. But when I connected my Firefox account on another device and synced my history, those tabs appeared in the "Open Tabs" again. Those make my "Open Tabs" verbose and difficult to get the information I need. But since I can't see these tabs on my PC, I can't close them. To remove those tabs, I tried reconnecting my account and clearing the local datas on my Firefox on my PC, but it didn't work.
I can't access smile.amazon.com after updates and I could before. Help.

The question in the subject field was posted 7 years ago. I am still having this problem in version 104.0.1 (2022) on Mac. First I updated youtube tab with cmd+shift+R still same problem. Then I deleted cache with cmd+shift+backspace still same problem. I had to delete all my history in FIrefox before video was playing. Am I doing something wrong or need something being fixed :-)

This may seem to be a senseless problem, but I don't see well and it's rather important to me. There is the search/address bar at the top of the screen. There is also the somewhat larger one down towards the middle of the screen. This is the one I use a lot. Recently, when I start typing in that lower box, I am immediately jumped to the upper one. This is something new. I cannot find a setting to prevent this from happening. (I have tried switching browsers - someone suggested that might help, but not so.) I would very much appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

When I close one window, the open window to the right is also closed. When I click on a link, it opens twice in two windows.

NOW I FIND OUT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT FIREFOX AND ALL THEY HAVE IS THE STANDARD ASK A QUESTION FROM THE COMMUNITY! THERE ARE TOO MANY GLITCHES WITH DOWNLOADING THEIR UPDATES AND COMPLETELY LOSING MY SAVED PASSWORDS AND NOW THIS BROWSER HAS BLOCKED INFORMATION POSTED ON A NEWS ARTICLE THAT SHOWS TWITTER FEEDS BY THE PRIOR TWITTER ADMIN THAT HAS BEEN FIRED. I was forced to upgrade when FF crashed the other day, and now all of my windows are sorted alphabetically. This was exactly the behaviour that caused me to switch from Chrome to FF in the first place. I *HATE* having my windows sorted alphabetically. I have certain windows that remain open all the time, and they remain at the top of my Window menu drop-down, for easy access. (Hence, chronological by when the window opened, the old default behaviour.) Now, FF "helpfully" changes the window position every time I change tabs, and I can't find anything. I mentally sort windows by subject matter, not by the name displayed on the tab. I have tens of windows (20-30 typically) open at any given time. This makes it literally impossible to use the Window menu anymore, and I have to tab through open windows searching for what I need.
Mozilla, please make this a configurable option. It was really horrible of you to enforce this on us, just because some squeaky-wheels decided they preferred alphabetical sorting. They clearly are not power users, and this change has crippled those of us who are.
