Is anyone monitoring this community? Has it been abandoned?

I've been having an ongoing problem. I fixed it myself, because after posting here, I had zero responses and didn't know what to do, so I messed around and tried things on my own, which seemed to fix it. But apparently, it is not fixed, and I still don't know what to do. A Firefox expert I am not.

Very simply, I use two different computers, each 2000+ miles apart. Each time, and this has worked for well over 3 years now, the entire computer is copied to a backup. The backup data is restored, the current Firefox profile, as well as the Firefox program. To repeat, this has worked for well over 3 years now.

In order to get the extensions working, that requires disabling and then reenabling each one. (Otherwise, Firefox will not access the internet.)

This time, the extensions were disabled and enabled, and everything appeared to be working fine, but nope, not a single extension works. Even choosing a different extension that is normally disabled doesn't work.

I used to use Adaware, which is on the disabled list, so I disabled the non-working Ublock Origin and enabled Adaware, and it doesn't do anything. The ads roam freely all over the page. They pop up and dance around.

Not one extension will work. New, old, enabled, disabled, whatever. Nothing.

Does it bear repeating that I am not a Firefox expert? Without an answer from someone who knows what they're doing, I may as well switch to crap, inferior Edge with the zillions of dancing, pop-up ads. And I hate Edge.

I'm begging for an expert to help here.

According to everything I CAN see, I have Firefox 150. I am still using Windows 10 and I don't seem to have problems with that. However, I CANNOT get to the Firefox Browser. I am very frustrated with only seeing Mozilla this, Mozilla that, but not Firefox. When I go to the help section I am able to click on Firefox Browser, so I know you still have it. The main item that is very different is clicking on Firefox to open it, and then seeing 3 different ways to login. I'm at a loss, and I'm frustrated. Please help me so that I may sign in to Firefox BROWSER.

By the way, when I click on Themes-Add-ons for Firefox and choose what I think looks like PINK, it isn't pink! It's a very strange purple color. I want PINK. Thank you, RhonCa

I want to change my " theme" to "full black" but i cannot get it to switch. I want a black backf=ground but can't change

When copying blocks of text from modern chat interfaces (which typically use Markdown or dynamic text rendering), Firefox is stripping away all line breaks.The Issue:When I select text with the mouse and paste it into applications such as Facebook, Hotmail (Outlook), or Notepad, the content appears as a single, continuous block of text with no paragraphs or spacing. my top bar comes up with dozens of internet pages trying to load when I open any internet page. Have not made any changes to anything. Pita to delete a dozen items trying to load every time I open Firefox. How do I turn that off? Tried looking for way to do that for hours and found nothing.

Confirmation email is not arriving to my new email account

I need to change the username on my Mozilla and email address to avoid paying ridiculous prices on my email. I am trying to change it to a gmail address.

First I am trying to add secondary email address but the confirmation code never shows up in the gmail.

How do I fix this without losing all my data and passwords.

Google Chrome for PCs (Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge will work, but you may encounter problems). I see that message way too much when getting notices from my doctors prior to connecting via Telemedicine. I have been using Firefox ever since Netscape Navigator closed up shop (in the 90's). So without question, I am a long time, dedicated Mozilla user. I'm sure you can imagine how frustrating it is, for a dedicated user like me, to see those sort of messages accompany the instruction for connecting with Telemedicine. They encourage everyone to use Chrome! What can be done to change the perception that they should use Chrome instead of Firefox? And how do we get the word out to the medical community (and others) that they can count on Firefox to give them a seamless experience when connecting to their patients (or others)? I just don't think we should surrender this position to Google Chrome. Best Regards, -Steve

I am trying to sync FF to a new pc laptop from my old pc laptop. I am signed into FF on both devices, but they won't auto sync, even when the (orignal) says that it is. My old laptop is still running on Windows 10. Could this be the reason? If not, please advise how this can be accomplished.

I somehow have two mozilla account. Or one with two emails. Can't even tell which is the case.

When I look at accounts.firefox, I see a gmail one as primary and a sonic one as secondary.

I also use a password manager which I can't access from pages accepting changes, so I keep having to create stupid passwords that aren't really secure. but I save them.

When I try to create a recovery key using my primry email, the password I created is not accepted.

So completely frozen. Would like to set up a ticket and get help as I have previously via email but I don't know how I managed to do that either. Don't know what to do. Can someone direct me to a live human way to get help?

firefox is blocking the following: ctrk.klclick.com I want to allow this. How do i do that? firefox says: website not found. This always happens for Dr. Hyman links to his product. I wanted to unsubscribe and then resubscribe to see if i can fix this problem. but I can't even unsubscribe using his links.

There is a site I visit regularly that will not connect. I get an error 429 code. This doesn't happen with any other site I've used recently, and I can access the site with my iPad. I've tried clearing cookies and restarting the computer, but still can't get to this site. Any ideas?

The Cache is never cleared after clearing, there are always about 9,3 MB left. According to my settings there should be 0 MB left. (When I check the Task Manager, Firefox ist always opened up to 10 times.) How can I make sure the Cache is completely cleared? I added Screenshots of both. Thnx for helping...
