I HAD MY SCREEN SET UP SO THAT I COULD COPE WITH MY VISUAL DISABILITY AND NOW I CAN'T USE IT. YOU HAVE SCREWED IT ALL UP AND I HAVE SPENT HOURS USING AI TRYING TO PUT IT BACK. I HAD DECLINED THE UPDATE, BUT YOU DID IT ANYWAY WITH NO CONSIDERATION THAT SOME PEOPLE NEEDED IT THE WAY IT WAS!!!!!!! I WILL SUE YOU UNDER ADA IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME MY SCREEN BACK THE WAY I HAD IT. Details: I can't have left column bar; I need all my tools on the top bar like they used to be. You made the address bar so huge, I can't move things back on the top bar. You are using tiny symbols on the left bar that I can't even see to tell what they are; I need it in words, not tiny symbols. You took away the choices under the Google Search box so you can't choose to use AI or not. There's probably more, but that's all can think of at the moment. I'm so upset that my blood pressure is skyrocketing and I'll probably have a stroke. This is the second time since I've been a user that you have forced major changes on the users, whether they wanted them or not. I eventually got a usable screen after the prior changes, but it took me time I can't spare, and it was never perfect. Now what you're doing is even worse. Give us a way to go back to the old version so it doesn't destroy our lives like this is doing to mine. I will sue and move to a different browser if I have to.

i have a question for the muzilla VPN . until when is it going to be free ? this is really a great option for us and i love it . very useful . but i scare from that needs us to pay money from a specific time . is there and news about this ?

my firefox browser is registered to my old email address "mhesky@hotmail.de". Because of an hacker attack i had to delete this email address. My new email address is "Hesky85@outlook.de".

My problem is, that i cant change the email in firefox because a confirmation email will send to my old email address that doesent exist any more.

How can i change the firefox account to my new email address?

I need help please.

this issue started when firefox just randomly reset my browser a week ago.

whenever i open a pdf in my file explorer, it opens a completely new firefox window under my default-profile. it doesn't open on my currently open/used window.

for context: i have two firefox profiles, 1 for work, and 1 is the default-profile which is "personal"

anyone know a possible solution to this? or why this happened?

I have been opening and closing my VPN(different website), but now it won't let me do it. I did what it said to get started and then it tells me to open in the open site. Where do I find the open side? I used to press the VPN shortcut in the upper right corner and it usually worked. Now it just asks me to "Try firefox VPN. I thought that is the one I was using. How do I get it going again.

I realize that Windows 10 is no longer supporting but I tried to get into my regular searches and no longer am able to do it. It appears that Firefox is not my browser any more. What can I do? I need to get a new computer but have not yet done so and am limping along

I use passkeys for many online services, they are stored in my Android phone. I use the same Firefox version on two Win 10 Enterprise LTSC 21H2 machines and one Win 11 Pro 25H2 machine. On the Win 10 machines QR passkeys don't work with Firefox, but work with other browsers. Firefox suggests USB-device-based passkey logon only. On the Win 11 machine Firefox offers both phone-generated QR passkey and USB-device-based passkey logon options. Why Firefox doesn't support phone-generated QR passkey on Win 10? Can it be changed in config?

Every time I try to access a website using my bookmarks, they don't work, i.e., nothing happens. I have tried numerous bookmarks to be sure that it is not one or two where the web address has changed. I am considering uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox to see if that will over come the issue.

From my point of view Firefox is normally excellent and definitely my browser of choice. So this problem has come as a bit of a surprise.

Recently when I upload files into my email it does remember the last folder I uploaded from? I have to reclick through multiple folders to get back to the one file folder where I was last. This is new. The only changes I have done is updated to the latest Mozilla browser and added the duck duck go plugin.

I should also say I am not tech savvy at all!

1. Most of my stored passwords in Fire Fox "Passwords" do not work anymore. They do not fill in user name and passwords. They are correctly listed in Passwords and the user names and passwords are correct and can be seen and copied. Also the function "Search in Settings" is not working. I'm suddenly being asked for "primary password." I put in what I thought it was (from many years ago). Did not work. Unsuccessful at trying to change to a new one because Firefox keeps demanding my "primary" password. This started suddenly yesterday, 10/12/26. What is going on and how can I set a new primary password, or bypass that requirement. I never needed to enter any password before, and this is driving me crazy. Please reply email [redacted email from community support forum], or fix the program so it stops asking for a password and reverts to how it was before .
