The 2-year-old support page "View synced tabs from other devices" gives 2 methods for syncing all your tabs from one Windoze FF to another. Neither one does anything at all for me now. The "right-click on the device in the sidebar" sounded SO promising, but it does not cause anything at all to happen. And checking the "sync tabs" box does indeed make them all show up in the sidebar list, but does not open anything. So besides clicking on each of the hundreds of tabs listed, how can I do this, or is it just another FF functionality lost to time?

Hello, my old laptop broke. I bought a new one, installed Firefox, and signed into my Firefox account. My add-ons synced, but my passwords and bookmarks are gone. I can't access the old laptop now. Is there a way to fix this without a backup file? Or are add-ons the most I can get? Both devices have been added to the devices in the Firefox account.

Hello. I reinstalled my computer and downloaded Mozilla again. How can I find out what profile I was using before the reinstallation, because nothing has been synchronized in my pana@mail.bg profile at the moment?

My account won't sync my old passwords and browser history. I recently reinstalled windows and when I tried to sign in to my mozilla account my data wasn't there.

I need to retrieve ALL my tabs from this device For some issues i could'nt to it all before.

Now, i can see in my firefox profil pge, the profil exist. But if i go to my firefox installed in my new computer, i don't see THIS firefox device with ALL my VERY IMPORTANT tabs.

Is there any way to retrieve them ?

I have been trying to enable Firefox Sync on my Windows 11 PC (Firefox 145.02). I open the Firefox Sync window, I click on Log In, I enter my e-mail and click on "Sign up or Sign In" and then the view freezes and I never get any further. The attached screen capture never changes, no matter how long I wait.

after a fresh reload of windows was performed on my machine, I signed into my Mozilla account but none of my bookmarks were appearing after the successful sign in. When I tried syncing it still did not appear. There are bookmarks that I had saved on firefox that are essential.

I have made a fresh install of Windows 11 from Windows 10, and after logging into my account everything syncs, apart from my bookmarks. As i have made a fresh install, i deleted all of my old files on the computer. Is there any way to get my bookmarks back?

How can I transfer open tabs from my old computer to my new one? Syncing is enabled, and the sync tabs checkbox is checked, but the tabs aren't syncing on the new device. I also couldn't find any separate function to load tabs.

not sure how to bring Firefox bookmarks from my old laptop to my new one. Hate to lose them all ! i got a new lap top, have signed into Firefox, but don't see my bookmarks. Help.

New computer. Cannot import bookmarks or passwords. cannot save bookmarks or passwords. Will be forced against my will to use Microsoft. Sync won't easily connect old computer to new. Only computer to phone. Help ! old win 10 new win 11
