Ive been using Firefox as my default browser for quite some time. However, I cant access "Pay Bills" on my bank website. I receive this message "Why can't I access Bill Pay? You might have cookies blocked or cross-site tracking prevented. Depending on what browser you're using, check your settings for these terms: Block third party cookies Cookie tracking Cross-site tracking. Make sure cookies are not blocked and cross-site tracking is enabled. Follow any additional instructions in your browser once you have adjusted these settings." Not sure I know how to do this.... For a few days now whenever a new tab opens, either by clicking a link in search results or by clicking a link in an email, the cursor jumps to the bottom of the page and I have to scroll to the top of the page. I'm just getting started with Windows 11 on a new computer. What happened to cause this?

On Aug 23, 2024 I was still able to upload videos to YouTube easily. When I tried again yesterday, all my attempts to upload videos would result in the Upload dialog sticking at 0%, no matter how long I waited. I tried again today and a separate error in which I clicked an option to Delete a 0% uploaded video resulted in approximately 50 of my last youtube uploads being deleted (that's *on* youtube). I tried today with Safari and I had no trouble uploading a video to youtube. Therefore I'm now thinking that there was a recent update to Firefox that is causing this problem.

I'm running Mac OS 10.14.6 and Firefox 115.15.0esr. Before you tell me I should upgrade everything — I'm old — on a fixed income and running older hardware... upgrading is not really an option. Seeing how Firefox was working just a couple of weeks ago for what I needed, is there a way back to a former version?

Starting 2 days ago while using Firefox I haven't been able access documents from my saved documents and files on my computer to attach to emails or to work on through Firefox. If I switch to Chrome or Safari I don't have a problem Why is this happening all of a sudden? I have Carforms and when I try to access files on my computer to download into the real estate transaction it doesn't let me. I have also not been able to access youtube for months through Firefox.

I have been using Firefox on my HP laptop for about 2 to 3 years. The current version is 130.0 which auto downloaded about a week or 2 ago. Now I am unable to login to my eTrade account unless I remove cache. The URL for the site is https://us.etrade.com/home/welcome-back. When I first click it, a tab pops up which is labeled Investing, Trading and Retirement with a dot on that tab that continues moving left to right to indicate it's trying to bring up the login page. It never times out. I noticed while it's doing that, there is verbiage down on the bottom left corner of the screen that says "Read c.evidon.com" which never goes away. If I go to Firefox settings and delete cache, the login screen will pop up after I restart Firefox. So I can end up logging in, but once I logout of eTrade and try to come back in, the same problem occurs. Never had this issue before but now is somewhat of a pain every time I need to get to my eTrade account. I also have Brave on my laptop and I don't have that issue when using it.

I used to be able to log in to a website, but lately I get the following message: " Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.connectnetwork.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." If I use another route to reach the website, I can't login due to getting the same message. I have talked to their tech support staff and they say the problem is on my end. I tried reaching the website and logging in from another computer which also uses Firefox and was successful. So, how can I fix my computer so that I can reach the website and log in? Thanks.

Unfortunately using a date type toJSON() result is not accurate. It first apply client timezone and then convert it to json string. In my scenario I am simply read from an API which return a none standard datetime string without its timezone (like "2020-11-21 00:00:00"), Then I try to convert it to a date using new Date("2020-11-21 00:00:00"). Then I use it in another web service but it apply my client timezone when I use JSON.stringify() method (or toJSON()). Does this behaviour is intentionally?

Every time I restart my Mac or install a new software update none of my settings stay the same—example dark theme, tap theme, custom photos on home page, or even extensions. Why is this and can it be fixed?

I had a page that was a shortcut to the pages I use a lot but some how it diapered it does ask 1 row to 4 rows to save sites but now with windows 11 it still asks but does not show any rows. so How do I fix this so it works Thank You Bill Backes vfw8320@gmail.com

I am running 129.0.2 (64-bit) and I found an issue reported in October 2023 with version 119. I want to view a PDF file. Each time I click on the link (I am using Ravelry.com and this is NOT their issue. It is only in Firefox [Chrome & Edge don't do this]), the PDF is shown in a new tab AND downloaded, so if I open the PDF twice-just to test-the file is also downloaded-twice. I had it set to view in firefox, but it STILL downloads AND opens the view. I switched to ask every time and it opens the file AND downloads the file. When will Mozilla fix this flaw? I don't need 50 million copies of the file! AND If I don't want the PDF, I'm still stuck with the file.

Ever since the last big update, there have been at least 2 dozen videos that I can't load in Firefox that immediately load in Chrome. I've had to start using Chrome (which I really don't like) for all of my classes that are video based because the videos aren't loading in Firefox. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do to watch videos in Firefox?

I am on MacOS Monterey running Firefox 130.0. Tonight, I restarted my Mac. Upon startup, Firefox offered to restore my session, as always, but it did not restore everything. In fact, I had one window open that had many tabs (some important) and that is gone.

I'm a bit puzzled and I wonder if I've found a bug?

After computer reset I can't open my Firefox, it keeps showing that it's crashing. I have a few really important tabs there and would like to know if it's possible to reinstall it and still keep my tabs from previous session?
