Hello, Windows 11 Firefox doesn't work with some sites e.g. - https://kanopy.com, https://my.echecks.com/..., cpb.bank and others. I have to switch to Chrome to visit those sites. I keep boosting of Mozilla and its products. I assist and try to teach other to use browsers, specifically Firefox. Then I have to direct them to Chrome because Firefox is not working with a specific site.
How to put Firefox icon back on desktop? Have Firefox on PC and get it and use from task bar. Using WINDOWS 10 on a desktop.

Hello I am using the settings "Check for updates, but let me choose whether to install them" which has worked for me over many years. The last moths or so I've noticed that the Firefox desktop installation is very nagging about the pending updates that are available. Nagging starts emedietly when browser is opened, and although I klick it away, it keeps reappearing a lot during use. This is VERY annoying, and I would very much like for this behaviour to stop. It is more than enough info to get the "reminder" once per session.
Thank you very much! Sincerely PL

Be specific when describing your issue. Our volunteers are Mozilla users just like you, giving their own time to help. Instead of saying “something is broken,” try to explain exactly what’s happening. For example, saying “YouTube videos are always choppy” makes it much easier for us to understand and help you quickly.

Very often, when I hover over my tab group, the list of tabs inside it doesn't expand so I can quickly navigate to it. I have to completely restart the browser, which is inconvenient. And I no longer want to use a special extension for permanent pinning. Please fix this, developers.
All that top area in a display screen, are too big and take up too much room. How can I reduce them and not affect my regular viewing?

For some time it has been a frequent problem with firefox not showing my bookmarks but today it has not even allowed me to restore them, when will this be fixed, I prefer not to use other browsers myself. The restore window is dead it seems.

I clicked on auto restore previous session about six months ago. The session I had open that day of about 20 (now completely irrelevant) tabs opens every time I open my browser. I have to close them all to start a new work day.
I found a work- around. If I go to History and clicking on Restore Previous Session within the History setting yhis took me to my last session. Now the browser is starting to add additional tabs I had open during that previous day. This is a nightmare - I never have a clear browser. How to stop this? I use my History. I don't want to delete History and clear all of the cache and the browser memory. I have put in a request for help before 2-3 months ago. That was the only suggestion. Some idiot invented this option. The same idiot needs to work out how to fix this bug. (apologies to the volunteers who read this - I appreciate your thoughts).

Up until a few days ago, whenever I opened Firefox a right-side sidebar would open with the bookmark directory - including all bookmark folders visible at all times. Now I can't find how to do that. Instead there is this awful hover feature that has a VERY clunky and time consuming way to find an individual bookmark. How to change back to the prior method? Can I revert to the prior version of Firefox? Thank you!

Firefox doesn’t spell‑check in Copilot because Copilot uses a modern custom text editor that Firefox doesn’t recognize as a normal typing area. Since Firefox never turns its spell‑checker on in this kind of editor, nothing actually fails, so there’s no error code or message. The spell‑checker engine simply never activates. For this to work, Firefox would need to update its spell‑checker so it can handle newer web‑based editors instead of only traditional text boxes.
there may be a bug in the recent version of FireFox browser. Spell check does NOT work in copilot . It says that its firefox's bug. Is there a fix coming soon?

This is a request to update Firefox to fix a Geckodriver issue. Been using Selenium Basic inside Excel VBA which successfully Opens "firefox" but then fails to Get "https://jackpocket.com/lottery-results/arizona" ending instead with a '21' timeout error in the debugger. I have already carefully checked my Selenium Basic and Geckodriver installation, which are correct. So I think there is a code incompatibility between the two. I am trying to scrape the latest JavaScript rendered Next Jackpot numbers there into open Excel. The website URL is public information. The firefox version in use is 149.0.2 and the geckodriver.exe in use is 0.36.0 on a windows 11 laptop.
