Somehow, I was logged out of Firefox on my PC laptop. I forgot my password, so I changed it. I received a confirmation that it was changed. I can sign in on my Android phone using the new password, but when I try to do it on my laptop, I am told that it's an invalid password. I tried many times with no success.

Somehow, I was logged out of my Firefox account on my PC laptop. Because I forgot my password, I went through the process of changing it. I received a confirmation from Mozilla, saying that I had correctly changed the password, but when I try to sign in, it says that the password is wrong. I tried several times with no success. Because I never did anything with my Android phone, I am able to access my Firefox there. I have no idea what to do next.

My original recovery key has 28 letters, but sign in on new laptop is asking for 32. Also, original password cannot be revealed. I am trying to open my account on a new laptop. Help! Trying to transfer from Windows 10.

I find it a bit concerning that when receiving an email from Firefox about a new sign-in, Win 10 is given instead of Win 11. They should be able to tell which version I am running. Maybe this is Relay for Windows versions LOL.

Has anybody else found this issue?

You publish AAAA DNS records for accounts.firefox.com, which I can reach from my IPv6-only environment, but the content of that page tries to load content from cdn.accounts.firefox.com which DOES NOT have AAAA DNS records and therefore I am unable to actually log in to my account. I applaud you for making the effort to support IPv6, but it's only half-working when not all parts of the supply chain are dual-stack enabled. Anything that you can do to rectify this situation would be most appreciated. Thanks for your attention and consideration.

14-inch MacBook Pro 2021, MacOs Sequoia 15.6.1 - Attempting to log in to my iCloud account on Firefox I receive the message, "Failed to verify your identity. Try again."

I have logged in with multiple google accounts Firefox.But i want to use a different user / second account for Google Gemini Ai.As i have to login my office account as primary account and second one as personal account.I want to use my personal account for Google gemini.Is there a way to switch it.

I have tried clearing my cookies and browser data and even tried on a private window but it still doesn't work. I am assuming this is a account error.

Could you help me resolve this issue

ich habe vergessen, meinen Mozilla account zu bestätigen. Auf meinem iPhone funktioniert der VPN Tunnel, auf weitere Geräte kann ich ihn nicht übertragen. Ich habe vor einer Woche mein Abo über den Apple Store verlängert. Kann ich die Bestätigungsmail erneut erhalten
