I was looking for an item that would be a couple of years back in my history, only to discover that my history now only goes back a year and 3 months… Exactly, as of today, I don't know if that's meaningful. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened, and how I can restore the rest of my history? Thank you!

I'm on a Mac using Mojave, with Firefox version 115.8.

Have been unable to view readers comments for a number of weeks and can figure out how to fix. it is not all the time, like last night were available but not this morning. All other browsers there is no issue including DuckDuckGo. Am using Ublock Origin, but have been using for years with no issue, even when turn off result the same.

Recently became unable to update Spybot and Malwarebytes. Ran Windows Defender which didn't find anything but when I run ClamWinPortable, it produced and moved the file to quarantine. This makes Firefox unusable. Reinstalled Firefox via another browser and the same thing happens. Do you have any suggestions please?

I cannot open the uwyo.edu website on my Firefox browser. I have no problems with other browsers. I tried and checked the solutions people shared, but none of them worked for me. I checked the DNS and different networks, and I also checked the link below:

I have been trying to solve this for a few days now. I tried to watch Netflix when it said, "Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page. Please try again later."

I found out this was due to Widevine not being installed AT ALL on my browser for some reason. The plugins manager has been saying that it will "be installed shortly" for a week now. I already tried toggling DRM off and on multiple times. I already tried using troubleshooting mode. I already checked GMP preferences to make sure nothing relating to Widevine was set to 'false'. I already tried turning off my antivirus long enough to try everything again and still nothing has changed. I do not have any VPNs running either. I am attaching a screenshot of what the browser console shows when I toggle DRM off and on again and try to run Netflix. I am also attaching what the gmp toggles say. Please help me figure out what is wrong!

Hi, I would like to use my computer's built in print dialog instead of the one that pops up in FireFox. I know there is a button at the bottom of the dialog that allows me to choose my system print dialog, but when it comes up there is no way to view the number of pages like when I print from other apps.

I tried to use some online instructions using about:config, but it doesn't change anything. I would like to know how to turn off the FireFox dialog permanently. It only started happening in the last few FireFox updates.

I am running a 2010 Mac Pro in Mojavé and am using FireFox Version 115.11.0esr (64-bit). Please help. I need to see how many pages I'm about to print so I can decide which ones I want to actually print.

Hello, I want to add a secondary email to my Mozilla account. I have looked at the help page but can't get the first step of the instructions to work. See image 1 below.

This is the only "Burger" I can see, and I am Signed In to Support. See image 2 below.

This Menu does not have an option for "Manage Account"

Why do I only get this on firefox?? If I use any other browner I don't get it?? I sign into google and set filter to nope but this get the 'error'

This is not a bug or issue, rather a use case question. I have a webpage with information and I don't want to accidentally click or submit anything on the page.

This could also be considering having a form etc in draft form as view-only so you go into "View Only Mode" and work the webpage as a reference etc. without having to worry about any accidental submission or mistakes.

If someone knows of Add-ons or how we can achieve it with FF, it would be much appreciated. Posting, since I expect to have this case often.

Hi, it has been a while that one of the updates on firefox removed the ability to navigate using the middle click, i waited and waited for some day an update drop and fix that but it's been a while and nothing has come, i was sure to test this on another computer and it didn't worked as well so i'm pretty sure firefox has some problems, i mainly use a drawing tablet because i don't have a mouse, so navigating is a bit hard without the usual middle click nagivation(i'm not sure if there is an actual name to that), please help

When I open Firefox browser the browser restsets and changes color to pink in the web address line. I have asked this question before. Is there someone technically familar with Firefox that can resolve this issue?

I have two questions regarding the usage of a private window. I am using 126.0.1 on a mac desktop (and laptop) using 13.6.7 ventura. Long time user of firefox, but new to private windows.

1) I am using a popup blocker on firefox (UBlock Origin). Its icon shows on the browser window, but in a private window the icon disappears and I am getting popups. Do pop up blockers work in a private window? Is there a setting for that? 2) on my main browser Firefox home page I have 4 rows of shortcuts. On a private window home page there are none, and no settings icon to address this. Are shortcuts allowed on a private window home page and, if so, how to add?

I accidentally closed my Previous Tabs Session and am unable to find them. I've tried some of the online tips but am still unsuccessful. Is there somewhere on my computer where I can find the previous tabs that I had open in Firefox?

Hi. I am getting vertical lines sometimes. I have included two screen shots. I have checked browser.display.document_color_use = 0, and it was zero. I have tired this in Chrome and it works fine. And I tried in Firefox safe mode, and it still does these strange lines on some websites. I am running Windows 10, and have no other graphic issues except these lines. Websites are Windy.com and google maps. Thanks very much! James

I have Multiple Google play cards and the Play store won't accept anything..I have sent Multiple documents..emails..receipts..basically everything they have asked, I have sent in..they have kept my main Google account in flag state for almost a year..when I have been giving them all bank..ids..etc that they ask for!! Nothing!! Going NOWHERE!! I have been at this for over 6 months almost weekly!! Please help!! My main account is [edited] @gmail.com. Hello! I have Firefox and Google set to Dark Mode. Suddenly this week, when I do a search, the answers are coming up not in dark mode. I can hit refresh several times and it will eventually go back to being Dark.

I have checked and I am running the lastest version of Firefox and my Windows is up to date.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, in my settings Firefox is set to "remember history", but there are no options for how long and when i look into my history, it doesn't go back further than a year. I found a few answers to this on some forums talking about the places.history.expiration.max_pages setting and others about the places.history.expiration.transient_current_max_pages setting but those don't exist in my Firefox and the threads are more than a decade old. I currently have version 126.0.1 64bit on Linux. How can i keep my history forever?
