I am helping a friend with her computer. After she writes and email or replies, there is no way to hit a send icon. It appears that tool bar is missing and I have not been able to figure out how to get in back.

Then try go to your profile and delete the localstore.rdf:

Thanks for the help. I don't understand why, but I went in and took the check marks off, deleted the rfds and it now works. Thanks for the help.
