Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

These tips did not resolve the problem. The problem was introduced with FF 26 as a result of: Bug 912322 – document.getAnonymous* should not be available to web content

We have this same issue. If we can't resolve soon or rollback I will have to have to have the company change browsers. I can't rely on updating our iNotes every time firefox puts out a change. Please help!

Have confirmed this is happening in Linux and Windows environments using FF 26.
