spell check doesnt work on one specific smf forum. works on other smf forums with the exact same version
spell check doesn't work on http://www.farkistan.org/
incorrectly spelled words are still underlined in red when typing a post however right clicking does not bring up any suggestions. the weird thing is it only doesn't work on this single forum and it does work on other forums running the exact same version of SMF.
how do i fix this?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.

It is possible that the forum disables the Firefox spell checker via an spellcheck="false" attribute on the text area.

still doesn't work in safe mode. also other peoples Firefox spell check works on that site. any other ideas?
Is there a dictionary selected if you check the Languages menu via the right-click context menu?
there is no languages menu when i right click in the post area of that forum
What kind of editor do they use?
Is this a normal text area like on this forum or a rich text editor or other special editor?
Did you check your account settings on that website to see if you can select another editor mode?
no other editor mode, at least not one i can chose. what exactly do you mean by a rich text editor? as far as i can tell its the same as all the other SMF forums i have seen, which is quite a few.
