Hello Firefox.

I got this problem that if im on Twitch.tv, own3d.tv and so on. all those live streaming sites, i got the problem in firefox that the video just stops but the sound keeps being there. I cant go to another fan or anything my firefox just frezze but the sounds keep being there.

I hope you can help me with this problem now that i've been using firefox for atleast 5-6 years and wont be happy to keep using Chrome to see my livestream :/

You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Make sure that you have the latest version of Firefox, Flash, and Java! Chrome uses slightly different add-ons than Firefox and may need updates at different times. Good Luck!

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.


Try to "disable the hardware acceleration" in the Flash Player.

ITS WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Thank you so much, the thing i did was i disable protced mode in flash, and it works, i can now watch livestream without it freezing! thank you so much!
