Firefox Flash/Cache problem?

When I start up Firefox when I turn on my computer, Firefox for some reason forgets setting on Flash. (IE: Progress on Flash Games, settings on YouTube playlists) I'm not sure if its a problem with the cache or not. The Override cache management is off.
