I need to be able to add some cabinet files to firefox for a specialized spellchecker. The exe file was set up for IE; it tries to work in Firefox saying it is installing, but it does not install. For IE installation I am given an alternative to unpack the CAB and install via INF, but I do not know how to do this in FireFox. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Firefox has its' own spell check feature, see this: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Using+the+spell+checker

If you want to add your own spell check feature you need to visit the Mozilla Developer Center to learn how that is done. https://developer.mozilla.org/En
