Send and other icons disappeared. When I try to reply or send a message there is no "send" button.

The Composition Toolbar is probably hidden. See <View | Toolbars | Composition Toolbar> on the Write window's menu (if the Menu Toolbar is hidden, press <Alt> to reveal it.)

The Send button should be included in the Composition Toolbar by default, but if it isn't, right-click on the toolbar and choose "Customize" and you will be able to drag icons on and of the toolbar as you like.

You can always send a completed message by pressing <Ctrl+Enter> whether the icon is present or not.

Thanks, but when I click on View - toolbars I don't see a Composition Toolbar. I tried to send like you suggested Control - Enter, but it will not send. Comes back with message sent failed,

Remember to click the 'new message' button prior to looking for view>toolbars
