Paste the code into a text file and save it to <profile>/chrome/userContent.css. Change toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true in about:config then restart the browser.

Thanks for replying! the "/chrome" directory doesn't exist in my profile directory i tried saving it as userContent.css under my profile directory restarted it and it didn't work.
