You can change your theme by opening the Theme page from Add-ons and themes. There you can choose a different colorway, revert to one of the default themes (System Theme, Light or Dark) or select an entirely new theme.

Yes, colorways has no neutral color, you need to revert to your old theme if you want to go back.
