Amazon Prime says my web browser (which is Firefox) is out of date. When I click on About Firefox on my toolbar it says my copy of Firefox is the latest. But I can't play prime.

When I click About Firefox under the Firefox icon on my tool bar, it says the latest program is running. But Amazon Prime says I don't have the latest, that my web browser is out of date and so I can't use Prime. Please help. I also encounter this problem using doxy.me for telemedicine.

Try downloading another copy of Firefox and run it from the folder. Do not sign into your Firefox account and see if you have the same issue.

Firefox 79.0 and later has required MacOS 10.12 at minimum to run so you will need to upgrade to macOS 10.12 or higher.

Fx 78.15.0esr is the latest version you can run on macOS 10.11.
