I go to screenshot a page today and I can't because the feature is now missing from the browser bar. Has it been relocated? If so, where to?

Evidently it is in the right-click context menu and you can drag a button from "Customise Toolbar". See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/take-screenshots-firefox Also the release notes: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/88.0/releasenotes/
