Mozilla FireFox Throwing an error "There is No Sufficient Memory"

I can launch the same PDF from Google Chrome, IE or Firefox from another computer and it works perfectly fine. Whenever we try and launch the PDF Document it will say "There is not Sufficient Memory to complete the action you requested", When we click on the PDF a Prompt comes up to choose what we want todo with the file "Download, Open in Fire Fox or Open in Adobe Reader" we're choosing Open in Adobe Reader and then it throws the error. We do the same thing in Google Chrome or IE and it opens in Adobe without any issues.

What I've done: Re-installed x86.0 Installed an Older version x84.02 Cleared Windows Temp Files from Local App Data Paging File has plenty of space, it has more than what is recommended
