Hi all,

I have a 2019 Mac Book Pro Big Sur and this is where I am having trouble. I recently went on a trip to Mexico and while I was there I noticed YouTube would not work on Firefox, but no problem on safari. I thought it was just the change in location that was causing the problem. Now I am back in the states, but I am still having the same problem. I can open YouTube, I can click on a video, and the video loads. What happens is that at the bottom left of the video, it begins to glitch and I cannot hear anything. The video is playing but there is no sound coming from it. I know it is not a problem with my laptop, because I am not having this problem while on safari. I tried restarting and updating Firefox but no solution. Then under Performance settings, I unchecked using the recommended settings and the hardware acceleration. If we can please find a solution that would be awesome, thank you!

EDIT: Problem was resolved. Just uninstalled and reinstalled it.
