Firefox printing text as images when printing PDF

I have html files on my website that, for some reason, when Firefox prints them to PDF it prints the text as images instead of text... except text that is in italics, which it prints as text just fine. I have no idea what the heck is going on here. The same files print fine from other browsers. The file I'm testing is here: https://universaltheosophy.com/hpb/transactions.html

Here's an example PDF printed from the above html file: https://universaltheosophy.com/hpb/transactions-text-print-firefox.pdf

Notice on the 2nd page, only the italic text is printed as text.

Any help with this will be much appreciated!

Edit: had a friend test print this in Firefox on a Mac and the PDF came out proper. I'm on a PC, Win 10.
