Thunderbird will not start
Seems I have 68.6 as of 16th March and 68.3.1 as of Dec 24, 2019. Both show in my Programs and Features on windows 10. What to do?

And if I uninstall one, like the 68.6, will it uninstall both? It does seem that 68.6 only set up a short cut and somehow it is confusing the system. It is odd as I only started having problems yesterday the 28th.

Also, I found the older version in appdata/local . Profiles found in appdata/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles
Uninstall both, starting with the older one, then reinstall 68.6.0 from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all
Before looking at doing the suggestion of removing both and reinstalling, I was concerned at retaining back up of my Profile or Big folder of folders and messages. I made a physical copy. But in the meantime, I was able to run 68.6 a) by directly executing from its location and then changing the Start pinned item. I have now Uninstalled the older version, but I really have to wonder how it got to the appdata folder in the first place!!??

Beats me.
The problem all started after I installed an Update to Kasperksy and K was prompting me to remove an older version of Malware Bytes that i run a later version of (could not see that old version). I immediately put that to Malware B and they got me to send them a report. Not heard back yet. At the same time I could not get Firefox or Chrome to work. Edge was OK Those all sorted them selves out and I did follow the K MB removal using K. So everything is now fine except that I see or cannot see Update History for 10. I had not updated Feb and March 10 updates for 1909 Pro. I did this and now all I can see is a crossing dots at the top and sometimes History tab that doesn't work. Now putting it to MS.
