i have an existing email on 'tiscali.co.uk but they will be shutting out anyone who does not have broadband with them. I have a microsoft account and have tried to set up my alias email in Thunderbird but I get error messages when I go through the set up procedure. I get error message of Thunderbird could not find settings for you're email account. I have looked to see if I could find any info on line and went through the manual set up changing the incoming and outgoing details to those suggested. this then gives the error - configuration could not be verified - is the user name or password wrong. I am now at a loss. I did set up alias email from the long number that microsoft gave me when I first set up my account email, could that be the issue? Thanks in advance, Sean
