Getting website blocked in network tab if I enable certain debug headers

I am accessing www.lowes.com on firefox (mac) and if i enable few debug headers then i get a blocked in network tab. When i look it up in google i got an recommendation to increase number of connections. I tried this but still not working. This issue started to happen recently.
