How can i put all email addresses from my sent andtrash folders into my address book?

Paskelbta

I just set up my email on my new laptop with an up to date version of tb (version 60.9.0) and my address book only has the email addresses in it that I have sent since setting it up. How can I include all the addresses from emails that are in my trash and sent folders? I tried an addon that was called email address crawler but it didn't work with this new tb version. Any help? Thanks!

Right-click a folder to see the Crawl command, and a window will appear as shown in the link in my first reply.
