I want to export my address book to a spreadsheet. I understand that I should select tools->export from the menu bar, but the main window Tools menu has no Export option, and the Address Book window has no menu bar. What am I doing wrong?

In Address Book (not the compose window), press Alt or F10 to show the Menu Bar.

press F10 in the compose window and the menu bar should "appear" right click the toolbar in the windows and a menu will appear that will allow you to select the menu bar to appear permanently.

I do not think I could use the compose windows without the menu.
