Getting random short freezes while using TB 60.9.0, 32-bit Win 7Pro. The "wheel" spins and after a few seconds, TB recovers but seems to freeze again and again while reading/creating email that's been downloaded from gmail via POP3. Tried as many of the posted fixes as I could, but still... Not seeing similar freezes with FF 69.0, IE11 or other apps.

Don't know if it's related, but also getting Windows Event Viewer errors like this: Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards.

This TB issue delays/prevents normal Windows shutdowns, until I click the "force" button on the shutdown screen.

Been using TB for several years and haven't seen either of these issues until very recently. Windows is up-to-date and free of malware based on scans with Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and MSE.

Any deas, fixes...?
