You are using non-secure settings for the smtp, but I think you should use the secure settings recommended by what I believe is your host, cdmon.com: smtp.360bicycles.net on port 587, STARTTLS security, authentication = encrypted password, User name = email address.

Encrypted password authentication is uncommon, so if that doesn't work (incorrect documentation), try normal password.
