In error, I hit a button that asked if I wanted to eliminate Mozilla Thunderbird in short cuts. I hit yes by mistake. How do I get back my emails?

Not sure what you mean by 'eliminate TB in short cuts'. Remove a desktop shortcut to launch TB? Use another email program to launch mailto links in the browser?
