Firefox crashes midway through watching movies. It also will not close properly and I am forced to initiate a hard shutdown. This has been happening since the latest Firefox update.

I don't know how to get a crash report; instructions are not clear.

I tried to look at my crash reports, but their are none. The issue here (using Hulu website in particular) is that it freezes firefox. Perhaps hence no report. I cannot quit firefox and windows is unusable as well. Windows will not restart, log out or anything. Safe mode does not help.

Watching a movie full screen on Hulu causes this freeze usually within 30 min.
