my pop up comes up very frequently, but cannot be read unless I maximize the window. It is off the screen to the upper left, so I cannot even read what events are there. All that is visible is "Dismiss All". How do I make this a usable pop up?

Are you able to increase the computer screen resolution, so more pixels per line are used? This may force the pop up into a position enabling you to drag it to a better position.

Can you post an image of desktop showing what it looks like before you maximise window.

My screen resolution is already as high as it will go. Now, in addition to the pop up being very tiny, it is under the Thunderbird screen, so I have to minimize Thunderbird to close the window. And, I can't close Thunderbird without first closing the pop up.

I can get the image into Paint, but I cannot seem to copy and paste it or drag and drop it. I don't know how to make the image larger on this page

once you get image into Paint, you need to save to desktop as .jpg image. In this forum question, 'Post a Reply' text box, add some text like 'image below', then below under 'Add Images:' click on 'Browse' button and locate the saved jpg image and click on 'Open'. It should then get uploaded. Make sure it is fully uploaded and displaying before clicking on 'Post Reply'. I've found if I click on 'Post Reply' too quickly the image does not get uploaded properly.
