Receive a message "An error occurred while sending email. The mail server responded: undeliverable address: user unknown..." From web mail I can send emails.

Received this alert message (attached). An error occurred while sending email. The mail server responded: 5.1.1. Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: User unknown. Please check the message recipient...... and try again. I could send my message through web mail but not through Thunderbird. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. Mike.
