Installed Plug-ins
Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0
Shockwave Flash 29.0 r0
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
Flash Player Version 29.0.0.140
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Direct link scans current system and browser Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

forward from firefox
Firefox is only a web browser. It does not handle e-mail. You will have to contact your e-mail provider for help. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/problems-with-email-how-to-find-help
Or are you talking about Thunderbird? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird
Update info - not using Thunderbird and accessing address account from multiple computers. The forwarding between different accounts/providers rule/filter personal creation procedure says this is only a "Premium" feature and the most common creation box does nothing. I am trying this out as earlier this year somehow an e-mail inbox entry from only one (1) sender appears to be converted from e-mail to mobile calling with a delivered status on their end and my profile was never changed away from email. This is a business related item that worked properly from Apr./17 until Jan./18.
Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail".
We might have an answer for you if we knew which web mail service provider this problem is with. IOW, Premium level of what ??
Or, you could seek support from that service provider or a forum for that service.
Okay, then provider is Microsoft - (Outlook/Hotmail) and Firefox is what requires "Premium" (re paid) level service not the basic.
Not Firefox. That bill is from Microsoft.
May I suggest;
