Did you get the full installer from Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}

Many have reported issues using the 64bit Firefox. Install the 32bit version.

Thanks tried both 64 bit and 32bit no luck also tried us version but no luck just keep getting system does not recognise the specified file
