I've been noticing for a while that, while browsing, sites keep showing their "this site uses cookies" message, as if Firefox is not notifying to the site that cookies are enabled.

Plus, more seriously, several times I have been unable to complete an action on a website because it insists that cookies are disabled (see screenshots) but they are enabled in my settings.

If I try using Chrome, the website is happy. No error message about disabled cookies.
