I'm in the US, but Firefox seems confused. Take a look at the options for Text Encoding. It should default to Western, but as you can see is messed up. Any ideas? Also, the picture was cut off, but the options under AutoDetect are

Anyone have ideas on how to get Text Encoding to default to Western? Mine currently is set for Unicode, and the only options under AutoDetect are (off) Japanese Russian Ukrainian.
