Experiencing issues w/ testing JS creative assets generated from DCM (Google Product). Why is the ad experiencing click issues for certain portions of the ad?

Unable to click through correctly for portions of a digital ad I have been testing. Tags have been generated by DCM & created with JavaScript code. My browser is up to date, so I am not entirely sure why section of the ad are not automatically clicking through to my designated destination URL. JS tags below. Please advise and thanks in advance
