Error code parse error: zero-length content box is flashing

The box is flashing in the bottom right corner of my screen. I shut down Thunderbird and that does not help it I have to physically restart the computer to have it stop flashing. Also it Thunderbird runs real slow sometimes.

It is hard to get a screenshot of the actual error box as it is flashing so fast that it will not stay up on the screen for a long enough time. It flashes very fast until I restart my computer. I will try to screen shot it again when it happens
