This is a fresh install (I uninstalled and removed all folders and registry entries before reinstalling). Ive run scans for infections.

Firefox is very slow to bring up pages (30 seconds minimum) while IE and Chrome are normal.

When I close FF, the firefox.exe process doesnt' close for 3 to 5 minutes ad then I get a "Firefox crashed" message.

I'm seeing this on a ton of machines (7 and Vista).

Please help!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode doesn't fix the problem. I will try your other links.

I went through your other links and it didn't make any difference. I even created a new Windows user, and tried Firefox in that, and there was no real change.

The crash reports are the same as above.

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

I just removed Firefox (uninstalled it, removed all folders and registry entries in HKCU and HKLM). Then reinstalled and disabled every add-on:

It looks like disabling DNS and DHCP client services helps. Hopefully that's a clue.
