Hi, I downloaded the add-on DownloadThemAll with Firefox (version 20.0.1) and attempted to download multiple files from the site www.conftool.net. The files downloaded fine, however filenames with Arabic text are not showing correctly. They show as the percentage character. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

I have now upgraded to FF 43.0.4 but the problem persists. :(

I recommend you contact the developer of that add-on who should be able to help or possibly provide a fix to the software that they have made.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

It works for other people, only not for me. So there appears to be something with my setup that is wrong and not the add-on itself. I am using Firefox 43.0.4 and DownThemAll 2.0.18.1. Appreciate your support and help.
