Can i retrieve all of my bookmarks i had on my account?
After a format from windows 8.1 to 10 i did a casual setup of mozilla and of course i signed in with my account to get my bookmarks and passwords back as always. But suddenly i found the "NOTHING" at my bookmark toolbar. I tried again in windows 8.1 in another pc but NOTHING again there too. Please tell me that i can retrieve all my full collection of bookmarks somehow!

Are you talking about a Sync account when you say "account"?
If so, was that other Win 8.1 PC already connected to Sync? Or did you connect it to your Sync account after you had nothing 'sync' on the new Win10 installation?
You can try to restore an older JSON backup.

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file (bookmarks, history) in the Firefox profile folder.

If you use Sync then best is to disconnect Sync (temporarily) while performing maintenance/repair efforts to the places.sqlite database.

Yes i refer to "sync". It was already connected to my account and of course that's the reason i had my bookmarks again on that pc like all times i have formated my pcs.

I have already format the pc so i can't use any of these "tools".
I am really curius why did that happened after so many times i have use this method and of course that's the reason for having a Sync Account! I hope that Mozilla can restore my missing bookmarks.
