How to fix error, "The procedure entry point PK11_PubDerive could not be located in the dynamic link library nss3.dll
I am using windows 7 and Firefox 39.0. Recently when I open Firefox it gives this error, "The procedure entry point PK11_PubDerive could not be located in the dynamic link library nss3.dll". I click the okay button, and then Firefox loads without any other side effect. But this is becoming rather annoying and I would like for it not to throw an error message at me. I have tried uninstalling Firefox (everything so even when I search for it nothing comes up) and re-installing it. But the message is still there. I am lost as to what to do to get rid of it. Any help would be great!
Thanks!

I figured it out. I had Cyrstal Reports XI on my machine and when I uninstalled it the error went away.

I found an open bug report, in case it helps (see Bugzilla Etiquette before commenting in bug reports):
Bug 1114261 - The procedure entry point PK11_PubDecryptRaw could not be located in the dynamic link library nss3.dll
The bug report mentions that an add-on might be causing that error. Do the errors stop with all extensions, themes and plugins disabled? See Disable or remove Add-ons for details.
If disabling all add-ons doesn't help see this article for other basic troubleshooting steps: Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems

Hey, that's great!
Thank you for posting back that uninstalling "Crystal Reports XI" from your computer fixed the problem. Thanks also for marking this question solved.
