Norton 360 give secuity warnings for most sites and this cannot be overidden, they say its not Norton as it works fine in IE and Chrome

I am using Windows 8.1. Norton works fine in Chrome and IE but I prefer using Firefox but it us useless at the moment. I have deleted the program and reloaded it but it is still the same. Norton support have tried to help but they say it must be a Firefox problem.
