HI, The time that is show for received emails is incorrect. It is ahead by about 4 hours. The time on my computer is correct and it is set for the proper time zone. How do I correct the time on outlook.com that I access through Firefox Mozilla Nancy

Microsoft accounts have their own time zone setting, but it would be very strange if this setting was only wrong in one browser and not all browsers... Anyway, to check that, while logged in, visit:
