I was trying Firefox Hello. I sent the link to my friend via IM client and he joined the conversation. He was able to hear my voice but I wasn't able to hear his voice. To confirm that the problem was not on his side, I tried it with my few other friends but to no avail. What could be the reason behind this?

I've completely tested my headphones they're all working fine. I've tried other browsers too. But the same problem. Any suggested fixes?

Hi Ravika,

Please can you check you're using Firefox 37 (preferably 38) or later.

If you try one of the audio options on the page below, do you get your voice coming through on the headphones?
