uninstalled browser, then tried to install, won't install -- No RUN button

uninstalled browser because I could not file pdf downloads in temp folder,* then tried to reinstall. Could not successfully reinstall. The RUN button did NOT display. The buttons displayed are OPEN, SAVE and Cancel but NO RUN button.

Also tried this several times, finally got to Begin download, but could not find an .exe file.... then for no apparent reason it began to exe and install download ... got that far twice ... but then install stalled out and would NOT complete.

Have no clue what to do next ...

Researched ... something about profile file messed up... could not find ... did not understand directions for clean up/ One last thing with the original install, PDF's would only appear in the Temp folder and had to manually moved before closing the browser from temp to desktop. LIKED my Mozilla browser ... but if I can't get this fixed soon.... will have to go elsewhere ... work to do!
